Dr. Sabrin Ibrahim obtained master degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2000 from Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University and Ph.D. from Pharmazeutische Biologie Institute der Universität Heinrich-Heine, Düsseldorf, Germany in 2005. She worked as Professor at the College of Pharmacy, Taibah University. Currently, she worked as a Professor at the Preparatory Program, BMC and at the Department of Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy, Assiut University. She has 167 publications and one patent. She is a coinvestigator in 14 research projects. Her h-index is 29. She is an editor in the editorial boards of 30 international scientific journals. She got 4 awards of excellence in the field of Scientific Publishing and 9 awards of excellence in the field of Best Citation from King Abdulaziz University, KSA.

Isolation and structural elucidation of biologically active metabolites from natural sources (Marine, Plants, and Fungi). Natural products chemistry and biology. Phytochemical characterization of the traditionally used medicinal plant.
