Guidelines
Participant Guidelines
- The hackathon is open to undergraduate and postgraduate students enrolled in healthcare, computer science, engineering, business, or design programs from public and private universities in Jeddah and Riyadh. Recent graduates (within the past 12 months) may also be considered.
- Team Structure: Participants may apply either as individuals or as pre-formed teams. Individual applicants will be grouped into interdisciplinary teams by the organizing committee prior to the event.
- Each team should consist of 3 to 5 members
- Cross-disciplinary teams are encouraged to foster well-rounded solution
Commitment Expectations
- Selected participants are expected to attend all scheduled pre-hackathon virtual sessions and be present for the full duration of the two-day hackathon in Jeddah.
Code of Conduct:
- All participants must adhere to a professional and respectful code of conduct. Any misconduct, plagiarism, or violation of ethical behavior will result in disqualification.
