Jeddah, August 28, 2025 – Batterjee Medical College (BMC) Jeddah held an appreciation ceremony on Thursday to recognize the faculty and staff who contributed to the success of the Mawhiba Academic Enrichment Program during the summer of 2025.
The event was attended by Dr. Osama Kensara, Chief Executive Officer of BMC, and Dr. Ahmed Altyar, Chief Business Development Officer and head of the Mawhiba program at the college. Certificates of appreciation were presented to faculty members and administrative staff in recognition of their efforts in delivering an engaging and impactful experience for the participating students.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Osama Kensara emphasized that the initiative reflects BMC’s strategic vision of strengthening its academic standing, giving back to the community, and supporting the development of talented students.
Dr. Ahmed Altyar extended his gratitude to the faculty and staff, commending their dedication and teamwork. He highlighted that the program stands as “a great example of public–private partnership contributing to a stronger educational and healthcare system.”
The Mawhiba program, hosted annually at BMC, brings together outstanding students from across the Kingdom to participate in intensive training tracks in biomedical sciences and anatomy and physiology. Through the efforts of faculty and staff, the program continues to nurture the next generation of innovators and future leaders in health and science.
