Back and Neck Pain Campaign

BMC Pharmacy and Physical Therapy programs were honored to organize and participate in the Back and Neck Pain event in collaboration with SAJA pharmaceuticals at the Mall of Arabia. The event was successful as we increased community awareness and provided information about proper postures for daily activities, how to improve back and neck symptoms, and how to treat them effectively. Moreover, all information was provided as a QR code to be scanned by the audience. Multiple screens were also used to show simple exercises for neck and back pain as well as the good and bad sitting and sleeping postures.
