Renewing partnership with the British Council for MRCP exams

October 14, 2025  Jeddah – Batterjee Medical Colleges have renewed their partnership with the British Council, reaffirming their position as the first private educational institution in Saudi Arabia accredited as an official center for administering the Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) examinations. 
 
The announcement came during a visit by a delegation from the British Consulate and the British Council to the college, which included Her Excellency Ms. Cecile El Beledi, the British Consul General; Mr. Fahd Shafiq, Director of Business Development; and Mr. Mohammed Sheijo, Relationship Manager at the British Council. 
 
The delegation was received by Dr. Ahmed Altyar, Chief Business Development Officer; Dr. Mohammed Sheikh, Acting Dean of the College; and Mr. Ahmed Abuel Afieh, Strategy and Business Development Advisor. 
 
This renewed collaboration underscores Batterjee Medical Colleges’ commitment to strengthening international partnerships and offering academic and training programs that meet global standards, contributing to the development of Saudi medical competencies and advancing health education in the Kingdom.
