Rules of Admission and Registration
- BMC will communicate with applicants through their email address, which serves as the official mode of communication.
- Online registration does not confirm admission. Acceptance of admission will be confirmed after completing the entire admission cycle.
- Applicants must hold a high school certificate with science subjects.
- Applicants with an international curriculum or who have graduated from other countries must provide attested certificate from the relevant ministries.
- Translation of documents into English or Arabic language is required if necessary.
- Equivalence Certificate of High School from MOE (Ministry of education) if necessary.
- The applicant must not be expelled from other universities/colleges.
- The applicant should bear good moral character and be in good physical health, ensuring that the applicant is medically fit.
- Upon "Acceptance", applicant must fill online Acknowledgement form and pay the semester tuition fee as earliest as possible to secure the seat.
- The grades of transferred courses/credits from other colleges/universities for transferred applicants to BMC will not be included in the cumulative GPA of BMC.

Accelerated Academic Path & Direct Program Placement
Saudi Curriculum:
- Overall GPA of not less than 95% in the Saudi General High Certificate.
- Achieving a weighted average of at least 90% in the following subjects: Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
- Obtaining a score of not less than 75% in the Qudrat Test by the National Center for Assessment and Evaluation or its equivalent
- Obtaining a score of not less than 75% in the Tahsili Test administered by the National Center for Assessment and Evaluation or its equivalent.
International Curriculum:
- Overall GPA of not less than 95% in the General High Certificate
Submission of English Language Proficiency Test Result in one of the following tests:
- IELTS exam: A score of at least 6
- TOEFL iBT exam: A score of 80/120
- STEP exam: A score of 95
- Paying Exam fee SR-6000 (non-refundable)
- If the applicant does not have any of the mentioned English proficiency tests or did not achieve the required score, they can apply for the English Language Proficiency Test (SR-500) offered by the Batterjee Medical College, provided that the applicant achieves a score of not less than 80/120
Post-exam rules and requirements
- Applicants cannot repeat the exam once attended.
- The exam fee is non-refundable after attending the exam.
- If the student is accepted into the Accelerated Academic Path and Direct Placement program in one of the college's programs, the student will complete four courses from the college's requirements not subject to direct placement through distance learning, as follows:
A. First Semester:
- Introduction to Health Professions (PYIPE 101)
- Islamic Culture (PYISL 101)
B. Second Semester:
- Introduction to Artificial Intelligence (PYAI 101)
- Arabic Language (PYAR 101)
Other requirements:
- iPad is required for the exam.
- Saudi ID/Iqama must be presented for verification during the exam and interview.
Master of Pharmacology and Toxicology
Registration Fee:
- SR-4500 (non-refundable)
Tuition Fee:
- Yearly Tuition fees : SR 100,000
- First Semester fees : SR 50,000
- Second Semester fees : SR 50,000
Document Required for Master program:
- Attested copy of Bachelor Degree and internship certificate, (Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Applied Medical Sciences, BS in Science specialized in Pharmacology), grade at least very good (GPA > 3.5/5 or equivalent).
- Attested copy of professional classification (if obtained).
- English level (TOEFL 450 or IELTS 3.5 or equivalent).
- Two recommendation letters from two different faculty members who taught the applicant (one from a faculty specialized in Pharmacology).
- Copy of the Saudi/Iqama Identification card (bring the original for matching)
- 4 colored personal photos (passport size)
- Applicant must pass the personal interview
Registration & Admission undertaking
- I pledge to abide by all policies and procedures of Batterjee Medical College .
- I declare that I am fully aware of the tuition fees required from me during the years of study, and the College has the right to cancel or change any offered Scholarships.
- I declare that I will submit the original documents or equivalent certificates from the Ministry of Education, if necessary, if any document or information is found to be fake at any time during the studies, admission will be canceled, and the charged fees will be non-refundable.
- I am committed to following the rules and regulations of the college and paying the tuition fees on the dates specified by the college.
- . I abide by the college uniform policy.
- I declare that I am fully aware that the college has the right to refrain from announcing the results and to keep the original documents until receiving its financial dues.
- I do acknowledge that I will provide my laptop or iPad for my studies and Exams.
- . BMC social media platform has clear mission and guidelines. My interaction as student in social media should not exceed the limit of sharing productive discussion and constructive debate. Any violation against the college or any of its members will give the college the right to take the necessary legal action against the student.
- All information in the medical form is correct.
- BMC allows co-education under the supervision of qualified staff and faculty as per Islamic law and culture.
- I certify that my National ID/Iqama is Valid and has not reached its expiration date.
Tuition Fee Policy
- All students must pay the tuition fees before start of new semester.
- All fees are subject to change and will apply to all students.
- If a student receives a partial scholarship, they are required to pay the remaining tuition fees.
- Value added tax is applied as per government policy.
- In case of Withdrawal or No Show, all financial scholarships/discounts availed by the student during the last study period, will be charged back to the student.
Tuition Fees Refund Policy
- Registration fee is non-refundable.
- Student(s) can get a refund of the tuition fee upon withdrawal at any time before the start of the academic year or if the student has not attended classes.
- Students can receive a refund of any excess tuition fees paid or charged in the event of withdrawal, or holding ,if the student has not attended classes.
