1. For applicants not admitted to the Foundation Year Medicine Program:
- Students who achieve a minimum GPA of 4.5 out of 5.0 during their first year (Foundation Year) at BMC are eligible to transfer to the Medicine program or any other program, subject to committee approval.

- If a student fails the Foundation Year Medicine, they will not be eligible to enter the Medicine program and will be required to select an alternative academic program.

Requirements for Transfer Foundation Year
Students who have completed a Foundation Year program with science subjects at another college or university may apply for direct admission into any program at BMC, subject to evaluation of the committee and availability of seats, as per the criteria below:
- CGPA from 4.5 out of 5 or 3.6 out of 4 and above can apply to all programs in BMC
- Less than above CGPA can join any program except Medicine program

Requirements for Bridging Students (Diploma holder students)
- BMC will accept Bridging students in all programs except Medicine
- Applicants having diploma of 3 years or more may join from the 3rd year of program

- The acceptance will be based on academic credential evaluation.
- Applicants with a CGPA of 4.0 out of 5.0 or 3.2 out of 4.0 in their foundation year or bachelor's degree will directly join any program. Applicants with a CGPA below this threshold can apply for admission to any program except Medicine.
- Master's/postgraduates or PhD holders in medical-related fields will join second year of the program, subject to committee approval.

Direct Program Placement
Description
- This pathway enables students to fast-track their academic journey by passing the first year
Direct Program Placement Requirements and Process:
- Applicants must pass the Direct Program Placement Test, conducted in English for Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, and Medical Terminology, and meet the minimum admission score for direct enrollment
- An iPad is required to attend the exam
- Saudi ID/Iqama must be presented for verification during the exam and interview
- If the applicant pass the direct placement exam, a personal interview will be scheduled to assess the applicant's communication skills
- Upon acceptance, students will complete four courses remotely while being directly placed into their program

Description
- The Science Preparatory Year program at BMC provides non-science students an opportunity to pursue their aspirations in the medical field. Upon successful completion of the program, students are equipped with foundational science knowledge to qualify for entry into BMC's medical programs

Rules and Regulations
- Students who meet the admission criteria are eligible to enroll in any BMC program based on their grades in the Science Preparatory Year however, their previous non-science high school grades will not be considered in any evaluations at BMC.
- No formal certificate will be issued for this program, Scores obtained during the Science Preparatory Year will not be included in the calculation of the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for subsequent BMC programs.
Master of Pharmacology and Toxicology
Rules and Requirements to Join the Master of Pharmacology and Toxicology Program
- Attested copy of Bachelor’s Degree and internship certificate in one of the following fields: Pharmacy, Medicine, Dentistry, Nursing, Applied Medical Sciences, or a BS in Science specialized in Pharmacology. The applicant must have achieved at least a "Very Good" grade (CGPA 3.5/5 or equivalent).
- Attested copy of professional classification (if obtained).
- English language certificate, such as TOEFL with a score of 450 or IELTS with a score of 3.5, or equivalent
- Two recommendation letters from different faculty members who taught the applicant, with at least one recommendation from a faculty member specialized in Pharmacology.
- A personal interview will be required as part of the application process.
