Health Management

About the Program

The Bachelor of Health Management is a four-year undergraduate program that equips students with the knowledge and skills to take leadership roles within the healthcare industry. The program prepares students to navigate the healthcare system and make strategic decisions that improve healthcare services and organizational success. The program is developed to meet the healthcare job market needs and the evolving healthcare system and tourism sector in line with the vision 2030 of the Kingdom. The tracks are carefully chosen and benchmarked with national and international programs to offer added value and the best opportunities for employment and advancing the healthcare system in KSA.

The program offers two tracks
with a total credit hour are
126 for each track:

Healthcare Services and Hospital Management track

The Healthcare Services and Hospital Management track equips students with the essential knowledge and skills to become leaders in the dynamic healthcare industry. This track provides a comprehensive understanding of healthcare systems, operations management, financial planning, human resources management, and quality improvement initiatives. Students will gain practical experience through practicum, simulations, and real-world projects, preparing them for successful careers in hospital administration, healthcare consulting, and other key roles within the healthcare sector

Health and Wellness Tourism Management track

The Health and Wellness Tourism Management track provides students with a unique blend of business, hospitality, and wellness knowledge. This track offers in-depth expertise in health tourism and hospitality management, wellness travel planning, health-based tourism marketing, human resources management, sustainable tourism practices, and public health. The students will explore a combination of classroom lessons, hands-on projects, and practicum experience to excel in roles in the growing national and international health and wellness tourism industry
